We reserve time exclusively for you with one of our Doctors or Dental Hygienists and appreciate every effort to keep your scheduled appointments. However, we realize that "life" sometimes gets in the way. If for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible. There is a nominal fee for no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice; please call us with any questions about our office policies.
Insurance & Financing Options
We accept most traditional insurance plans. Feel free to contact our office to verify the acceptance of your plan. Our office does not participate in Health Management Organizations (HMO's).
We appreciate payment at the time of service whenever possible. We accept cash, checks, or credit cards and also offer flexible, no interest payment plan. Please speak to Nick, our office manger, for details.
The federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) is a law meant to keep healthcare information confidential and secure. Since the inception of HIPAA in 1996, its broad implications have affected all areas of health care including dentistry.
In order for our dental office to be HIPAA compliant, we need to ensure the security and confidentiality of all patient healthcare information. In an effort to comply with HIPAA, you will be asked to sign for HIPAA on your initial visit. A copy of the document is provided HERE for your review.
